  • Yoga Sculpt

    Set to energizing music + designed to tone + sculpt every major muscle group. Our movements flow, strengthening with weights + exercises paired with our asanas to elongate + stretch our muscles. This class will get your heart rate up + your body warm! Leave feeling strong + rejuvenated.

  • Slow Flow Yoga

    Movements + asanas are linked together with the breath in a gentle, flowing sequence. Enjoy therapeutic principles, balance, flexibility + fluid transitions. Perfect for anyone wanting to flow your practice at a slower pace + experience deep relaxation. A great place to start for new clients.

  • Hot Vinyasa

    Looking for something spicy to add to your practice? Lights low, music loud, room heated to 90°. Enjoy fast-paced, creative sequencing that will challenge you; fluid transitions, dynamic movement + breathwork to invigorate the body. You will have an immersive experience every time. Recommended for the yogi that has practiced vinyasa before. (No humidity added)

  • Barre Workout

    Inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, + Pilates, barre focuses on small, repetative movements that are low-impact + high-intensity, designed for full-body strengthening as well as developing agility + flexibility. A strong, sculpted body + enlightened energy will keep you coming back.

  • Crystal Bowl Yoga

    Come enjoy an all-levels flow paired with a crystal bowls at the beginning + end of your practice. Enjoy the beautiful, healing sound waves + vibrations of our crystal bowls as they guide you into your practice + also as you are guided into your savasana. Leave feeling lighter + refreshed.   • Yin Yoga

    A slow, meditative practice that targets your deep connective tissues, fascia, ligaments + joints. Poses are primarily seated or low on the mat + held for 3-5 minutes, allowing you to tune into your thoughts + physical sensations of your body. You will open up any blockages in your Qi (energy) + restore peace + calm to the parasympathetic nervous system.

  • Vinyasa Flow

    Flow through a vinyasa practice, moving through sun salutations + sequences that flow with each breath. Ground with foundational poses to connect with your inner self. Leave feeling strong + refreshed.
