STUDIO ETIQUETTE

Our studio is open to all levels of yoga students, even if you have never practiced yoga before. Give yourself time + arrive 5-10 minutes before your class begins to check in + get settled. If you are a new student, please arrive at least 10 minutes before class. Doors open 15 minutes before class time. Please dress in whatever is comfortable for YOU to move in.  

REGISTRATION, CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS

We cannot guarantee there will be walk-in spots available so please pre-register to secure your spot as classes fill up quickly. After you make an account through our website, the easiest + fastest way to manage your classes is through our Walla app. As a courtesy to our Sanctuary Yoga community, we have a 6 hour class cancellation policy. You must cancel at least 6 hours prior to the start time of your class. For 7 am + 8 am classes, please cancel by 10 pm the night before. Anything after 10 pm will be considered a late cancel. Late cancellation or a no-show will result in forfeiture of that class pass for class package holders. Unlimited monthly members will receive an automated $5 fee for late cancels and no-shows. Special events and workshops will have their own terms listed with each event.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
