STUDIO ETIQUETTE

Our studio is open to all levels of yoga students, even if you have never practiced yoga before. Give yourself time + arrive 5-10 minutes before your class begins to check in + get settled. Doors open 10 minutes before class time. Please dress in whatever is comfortable for YOU to move in.  

REGISTRATION, CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS

We cannot guarantee there will be walk-in spots available so please pre-register to secure your spot as classes fill up quickly. After you make an account through our website, the easiest + fastest way to manage your classes is through our Walla app. As a courtesy to our Sanctuary Yoga community, we have a 6 hour class cancellation policy. You must cancel at least 6 hours prior to the start time of your class. For 7 am + 8 am classes, please cancel by 10 pm the night before. Anything after 10 pm will be considered a late cancel. Late cancellation or a no-show will result in forfeiture of that class pass for class package holders. Unlimited monthly members will receive an automated $5 fee for late cancels and no-shows. Special events and workshops will have their own terms listed with each event.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
